Ordering

Shopping cart
When you are shopping on www.sararabrazil.com and add an item, it is saved in your Cart. The Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop, the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until they are purchased or removed.

Options in the Shopping Cart:

Update quantity. To do this, simply type in the quantity you wish to purchase and click "Update Cart."

Remove an item from your Shopping Basket. To remove an item, click on "Remove from Cart," or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Basket."

Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on www.sararabrazil.com, you can use the Shopping Cart to store items you wish to purchase. Click on "Return to Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any time during your shopping experience, you can return to your Shopping experience by clicking on "Shopping Cart."

Proceed to checkout. When you are ready to purchase your item(s), click on "Checkout Now." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure.


Checkout

Select or Add Shipping Address. Next, select or add the shipping address where you would like your order sent.


Select and Enter Payment Options. At this time, you must verify your billing address and enter your payment method. For more information on payment, click here.


Confirm your billing information, select a payment method and click "Continue Checkout".

Complete Your Order. On the Complete Your Order page, you can review your entire order, including your shipping address, shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied discounts and promotions, total charges and gift options. To complete your purchase, click "Send My Order."

Receipt Page. After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order. Please note: We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.


Emails concerning your order
Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

Backorder/Advanced Sale Notice. This e-mail informs you that an item from your order is not available for immediate shipment and will ship when it is available. When the item is available to ship, we will send you an e-mail with your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.

Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order. Should you receive a notice like this, please email customerservice@sararabrazil.com.

Shipping

Item availability
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Backordered or Advanced Sale ItemsBackordered items are those not in stock, but available for purchase on our site. A Backordered item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Backordered item via e-mail.

Shipping methods and costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.sararabrazil.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Wholesale buyers who order over $500.00 worth of merchandise will receive free shipping.Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day or Express service).

Shipping rules and restrictions
Orders are only shipped on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may only be expedited and require an additional fee. Ground shipping is not an option.

Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

We use pay pal for now, so visa, mastercard, American express or discover are accepted.

We do not accept: Cash • Personal Checks • Traveler's Cheques • CODs • Layaway plan

Important Information About Payment
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Returns


Return instructions
Only items purchased on our online site www.sararabrazil.com and returned within 20 days of purchase may be returned to our online store. This does not include wholesale orders.

We stand behind all of our products and will gladly handle any repairs that are the result of a manufacturing defect at no charge. These repairs should be directed to Sarara Brazil’s customer service. Typical turn-around time is six weeks. Please note that there is a $15.00 shipping & handling fee charged for each item submitted for repair. We will be happy to recommend solutions for improving a necklace or accessory’s condition if general wear and tear has diminished its appearance.

Items being shipped in care of Sarara Brazil Repairs Department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail and include a note with your name, return address, and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt and a check made payable to Sarara Brazil for $15.00 and send to:

Rules and restrictions
Returns must be made within 20 days of purchase.

When shipping a return, you must include a copy of the receipt and invoice. Be certain to save copies for your records.

Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

Sale items purchased online may be returned to our online store only within 20 days

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact us at customerservice@sararabrazil.com

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 20 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.

Sarara Brazil products purchased at a retail shop, boutique, department store, or specialty store may not be returned to our online store.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from www.sararabrazil.com, immediately return the item to our online store. Write "Damaged/Defective" on the invoice copy to indicate the reason for your return. You will receive e-mail notifications when we have processed your return and issued store credit. This must be done with 2 days of receiving the damaged object to insure that it really was defective when shipped or damaged during shipping.

To order a replacement item, you must place a new order. You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder a new item for you, so this action must be taken on your part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Credit for damaged or defective items
You can expect a refund in the form of store credit for the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. You will only be refunded the shipping cost if thereturn is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.


Product care
Our items are strong and well made, but should be cared for by keeping it separate from other jewelry in a box or cloth bag. Also be careful and try not to snag longer necklaces on other objects when wearing them.

Caution: Keep these accessories (like any other item with small parts) out of reach of babies, toddlers and young children. Parts of the jewelry (in part or whole) can be swallowed and pose a choking hazard. Jewelry is recommended for adult use.
